I am a speaker, writer and facilitator for the accounting profession, working with leaders to improve their ability to grow, develop and inspire teams. I get excited about people AND numbers through topics like flexible work programs, innovative recruiting strategies, mentoring and career manager techniques, and firm economics. My favorite work is coaching individuals in our Individual Coaching Programs, the Transformational Leadership Program™ (TLP), and our Leadership Development Program for Seniors and Supervisors (LDP-SS). I’m proud to be a member of the CPA Firm Management Association, an organization that supported me greatly in my career as a Firm Administrator and continues to grow and develop administrative leaders in the profession. I’m into early morning weight-based workouts with my buddies and love an evening yin yoga class too. I pinch myself for being able to sing with my mixed chorus, Voices United. Gardening and cooking keep me busy too.
