I focus on tax planning, financial modeling, business structuring, and transaction support, with additional expertise in real estate, healthcare, nonprofit, fintech, media, and consumer goods. Formerly a Principal at a top CPA firm and a leader in their Cannabis Advisory and Digital Assets practices, I have an extensive background in financial services including audits, technology implementations, and business advisory. Earlier roles include leadership positions in regional public accounting, and co-founder of a tech startup.
