Besides providing audit services, Bill offers specialized consulting in areas such as mergers & acquisitions quality of earnings due diligence, transaction support, and strategic consulting. His clientele spans middle-market companies, private equity groups, and individuals. An accomplished author, Bill has written several books, including The Miller Manufacturing, Distribution and Retail Guide by Wolters Kluwer, and penned hundreds of articles. He contributed to Middle Market M&A current edition by Wiley Finance. Bill is a sought-after speaker and frequently guest lectures at Northwestern University (Kellogg) and Columbia Business School in New York. Bill graduated Phi Beta Kappa in Economics from Northwestern University and was a Graduate Fellow in Accounting at the University of Illinois. He actively serves on the Midwest Chapter Committee of the Alliance of M&A Advisors (AM&AA).
