Elizabeth LOVES internal audit and is passionate about advancing and advocating for the internal audit profession, both through training and speaking engagements and via her online presence on LinkedIn. Whether it's discussing Artificial Intelligence, risk, or data analytics (or her personal favorite, Auditing Smarter, not Harder with Power Query!), Elizabeth strives to be a positive presence for all internal audit professionals, new and experienced. Elizabeth also enjoys teaching the next generation of accountants and is an adjunct Professor of Accounting at Front Range Community College. She also chairs the Audit & Risk Committee and serves as a non-executive director for the Board of SWAP Internal Audit Services in the UK. Elizabeth's motto is "Audit Smarter, not Harder" -- because we can all do so much more with the tools that we already have!
