I serve as the Chief Financial Officer for the American Staffing Association, where I apply my expertise in financial leadership to drive organizational success. Before transitioning into the not-for-profit sector, I spent over 11 years in public accounting. I’m deeply passionate about the accounting profession and currently serve on the AICPA Joint Trial Board and the board for FAR (formerly known as the Finance and Administration Roundtable). I’m honored to be a 2024–2025 Obama Foundation U.S.A. Leader. My recent recognitions include being named a 2024 Rising Star by the CFO Leadership Council, receiving the 2024 George Wallace National Achievement in Non-Profit Award from NABA, Inc., and being listed among CPA Practice Advisor’s Most Powerful Women in Accounting in both 2023 and 2024. I have spoken at conferences, been a guest on podcasts, written articles, and been featured in various publications. I’m a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Virginia.
