I began my career in Audit & Advisory at EY, where I experienced firsthand the inefficiencies and capacity challenges that continue to burden the profession today. From there, I served as Chief of Staff at Atrium, gaining valuable experience in scaling teams and building organizations at the intersection of finance, operations, and technology. I later earned an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and hold a BS in Finance and Accounting from USC’s Marshall School of Business. Today, as CEO and Co-Founder of Fieldguide, I lead a mission-driven team building purpose-built AI to empower practitioners and scale the profession sustainably. My expertise lies in bridging accounting, business strategy, and emerging technologies to solve systemic challenges. At the core, my leadership philosophy is rooted in a simple belief: the most powerful technologies are those that empower others, and I strive to bring that ethos to everything we build.
