During the presentation the presenters' voice kept fading in and out during the first 30 minutes of the session. Two polls were rushed through all were not given the same amount of time to think and then click the submit button.

Instructor was engaged in conversation with explaining the concepts of cost segregation. Seemed knowledgeable. I liked how he offered to send copies of the handouts and did not seem to be trying to "sell" us on using his firm. He informed us of the benefits to doing a cost segregation.

SB

Great presentation and good information to know and be aware of. Thank you!

JL

This was an excellent presentation on a seldom covered topic. The presenter was knowledgeable and engaging. The pdf handout that I saved will make for an excellent reference tool for future use.

CS

Very informative

AR

These questions/answers were worded TERRIBLY!! You're not exempt from MACRS with receipts $25Million or MORE! It's LESS! and QIP isn't allowed for bonus since they never fixed the tax law!

EF

The webinar was very good.

JF

The test questions and Answer Choices are very poorly written. Please review IN DETAIL. #1. "Appreciable" should likely be depreciable. #8. Repeat responses in B & D. Presume D. s/H/B "Companies having annual gross receipt of last three years $25 million or **LESS**"

JK

excellent content

YL

Very informative.

LD

The final exam is confusing. They use the word appreciation instead of depreciation in two questions. A different question has sentence fragments and is vague.

JM

JH

I don't think this class was for me.

PM

Other than the speaker fading in and out, the program was good. I felt a little disjointed during some of the explanations during the seminar, it seemed as though he was hurrying through much of the seminar in order to cover all of the material.

LS

Enjoyed the webinar

SH

The sound kept fading in and out, it was hard to hear the instructor at times. This was addressed immediately but still reduced the experience.

GC

The Instructor's Audio was not good, he tried throughout the webinar to correct it with no success. Overall it was informative and the hadout was very helpful as well. The instructor did his best, that's all we could ask. Thank you

LD

this class was just a little over my head but I found it quite interesting

AC

Instructor needs to prepare better so that he can deliver a polished presentation. Instructor used too many acronyms and technical terms without explaining what they mean.

KK

The whole class seemed like an advertisement for the presenter's services. I am surprised the IRS would allow CE credit for a sales pitch. It was good to know that this service is available, but I am not sure I learned much "tax" knowledge with this course.

MC

Interesting topic and well presented.

WW

Very informative

MJ

i really like the myCPE format, it allows me to work and learn at my own pace on topics that are relevant to my job. this one just didn't work. i can get anyone to read the slides. there was no context, examples or intention behind why this subject was important.

KP

Great instructor

JS

Unable to hear presenter. Presenter confused audiance by mixing old laws with new in presentation.

SS

This was not what I was expecting. I felt as if the only thing I learned is that you can have significant cost savings (tax deferrals) for segregating like assets from asset pools (I think this was the topic, though I am really unsure).
