Excellent approach to understanding and also explaining the benefits of depreciation to tax clients. The information was presented in terms of introducing the principles of real estate investments, as opposed to teaching an individual the tax law and methods of tax preparation. I enjoyed the speaker and his presentation.
WM
The information was very easy to follow. I would have liked to learn more about what to do if a client has not been depreciating his property. Also, it should have been explained that depreciation has to be recaptured whether it was taken or not taken.
