Course Description

This is a specialized course fulfilling the Four-hour ethics requirements for all licensees of the Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy. It includes an understanding of ethics and some of the various approaches towards ethics. This course covers the huge ground of the AICPA Code of Ethics and many interpretations of the Code, specifically in the independence area.
