The presentation was a good overview that I used as a reminder of things that I know. I find it important to review the basics just to ensure I have a solid foundation and as a reminder to consider options that I may not have personally experienced.

This self-study video, though rather basic at some level, still included information which I did not know, or had long since forgotten. The presenter did a nice job integrating examples from her own professional life. Thank you!

I had a technical glitch - user error but all else was good. THe presentation materials were great, some of the review questions were worded pretty strange though, I thought.
