Steve's knowledge and presentation was excellent. I liked being able to download the slides so that I could view them longer than shown during the webinar and refer back to some when necessary. The timing of the webinar was very convenient. Overall I have given 5 star to the webinar.

The interactive dialogue between presenters and audience made the entire webinar a bit more interesting. It's sometimes a little too monotonous when one speaker just spills out fact after fact over a long period of time.

Great information. It was much needed information and so many unanswered questions of mine were answered. The presentation was very well organized and moderator did a great job in handling our queries.
