R.J. has been helping small businesses for most of his career. He has founded a tech company focused on small business software, been President and Board Member of the Wayne County Business Council, mentored small business owners through SCORE, and, more recently, helped business owners secure disaster insurance coverage. Bringing Lendio to Rochester is just one more way R.J. is boosting the small business community. He’s excited to combine his expertise with Lendio’s platform to help his friends, neighbors, and colleagues gain access to financing. When R.J. isn’t hard at work, you can find him golfing, fishing, reading, supporting local charities like the Greater Rochester Jaycees, and spending time with his wife Daneen and son Victor.
