Steven was knowledgeable and thorough in his information about the product and what is offered. He was empathetic to my situation. He went above and beyond answering all of my many questions. Excellent service!
Great service and very patient as I asked several questions. Steven answered all my questions and helped me make the right decision in my subscription purchase. Thank you.
It is what it advertised to be. Professional quality training and CPE tracking and certificates; systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories. I've needed help on several occasions and the assistance was quick and effective; however, there were some problems with data entry. The assistance sometimes asks for input, but when I try to type it is dissallowed for some reason. On several occasions I had to close the popup to get it out of my way.
Great customer service. Classes are pertinent. Great value

When most financial professionals think of household employment, they think of state and federal tax calculations and employment tax filings. However, Domestic Worker Bill of Rights legislation in a number of states as well as hundreds of state and municipal wage & hour law nuances, have made the labor law side of household employment arguably more complex than the tax side.
Due to recent regulatory changes, families that employ a domestic worker (i.e. nannies, senior caregivers, personal assistants, housekeepers, etc.) have a maze of tax and labor law issues to navigate. Employment tax filings are half of the compliance puzzle. The other half – and where much of the risk is – falls within the labor law and insurance aspects of household employment, which are quite different from those in the commercial employment world. Without expert guidance, families with domestic workers (i.e. nannies, senior caregivers, personal assistants, housekeepers, etc.) will likely make a number of expensive, time-consuming mistakes.
Tom Breedlove, Director of Care.com HomePay, the country’s leading household employment specialist, will share real-life case studies as well as regulatory updates, insights, and tips to help clients mitigate risk and save money.

The class heading was a little broad and the topic specific; interesting, just more focused than as anticipated. Material was good, but topic could go on for hrs; which isn’t instructors fault. I understand advertising, marketing, etc...but I’m here to be educated, not sold. He did a good job of not pressuring, but we will see what spam emails we get (ultimately I did enjoy and will recommend this course to others; also like Infinite Banking-which has a little sales pitch too; go figure). They are relevant and modern topics, which is why they are good
