Steven was knowledgeable and thorough in his information about the product and what is offered. He was empathetic to my situation. He went above and beyond answering all of my many questions. Excellent service!
Great service and very patient as I asked several questions. Steven answered all my questions and helped me make the right decision in my subscription purchase. Thank you.
It is what it advertised to be. Professional quality training and CPE tracking and certificates; systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories. I've needed help on several occasions and the assistance was quick and effective; however, there were some problems with data entry. The assistance sometimes asks for input, but when I try to type it is dissallowed for some reason. On several occasions I had to close the popup to get it out of my way.
Great customer service. Classes are pertinent. Great value

1-on-1 meetings are crucial to the success of your company.
Sound exaggerated?
Think about it.
1-on-1 meetings are a tool used to help your employees succeed, which directly impacts how well your company performs. Without these meetings, you’d have directionless, disengaged employees — which isn’t good for team morale or accomplishing goals.
The purpose of 1-on-1s is to have managers meet with their direct reports to build rapport, discuss performance, coach them toward goals, and help remove their blockers to success. The research is very clear that effective 1-on-1 meetings are one of the most impactful things a leader can do for their team.
As per one of the reports, 86% of highly engaged organizations conduct one-on-one meetings between managers and employees.
With the help of this CPE Business Management Webinar speaker Jeff Smith, Founder & CEO of the SupportingLines Institute, will review the top ways to make your development 1:1’s more effective and demonstrate his unique and powerful method to conduct and develop effective 1-on-1s and the difference between a tactical and development 1:1 and the importance of both.
You will see an immediate change in your development 1:1’s by using this method and his strategies. His method can be used by both people managers and employees to bring structure to their 1-on-1s, take control over their personal development, and improve the human experience of work.

This course helped me get good insight into my one-on-ones with my staff, but also the ones I have with my manager. I now have some great ideas to make them more conducive for both involved.
