Steven was knowledgeable and thorough in his information about the product and what is offered. He was empathetic to my situation. He went above and beyond answering all of my many questions. Excellent service!
Great service and very patient as I asked several questions. Steven answered all my questions and helped me make the right decision in my subscription purchase. Thank you.
It is what it advertised to be. Professional quality training and CPE tracking and certificates; systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories. I've needed help on several occasions and the assistance was quick and effective; however, there were some problems with data entry. The assistance sometimes asks for input, but when I try to type it is dissallowed for some reason. On several occasions I had to close the popup to get it out of my way.
Great customer service. Classes are pertinent. Great value

Are you concerned about how cybercrime and data theft could affect your business operations? Does your business intend to spend a significant percentage of its budget on security this year?
If the answer is yes, you need to focus at least some of your efforts on securing your email communications.
In most accounting firms, email remains the primary communication channel, meaning that email security needs to be a primary focus for firms.
It’s easy to think that just because you use email passwords or even a password management tool, you’re safe from cyber threats. This is not the case.
In fact, email is the most common method of attack for cyber-criminals targeting accounting firms.
Security should be on top of mind for accounting firms, given the latest spates of ransomware attacks and the constant threat of phishing and scams. The stats are alarming - 40% of all breaches that arose from malware came from clicking a link in an email. 5% of breaches are not discovered for over a year. You’ve trained your staff, but what about your clients? How do you convince them to stop sending you sensitive information via email? Join Chris Farrell, CPA and Rob Ferrini of McGowan Pro Insurance as they cover key things that accounting firms can do to address email security concerns.
This online CPE course is well-suited for any accounting, tax, bookkeeping or financial professional who needs to exchange sensitive data with their clients and wants to make the process secure, easy, and a seamless part of their client's day.
