Excellent information. presenter was measured in his statements advising caution in making changes, emphasizing that most new laws have termination dates, and that in most cases the answer to the question "which is better?" -- is "it depends, The handouts are chock-full of helpful information about the changes.A great referral tool. I would recommend this course to everyone
