Regardless of the position you are in, there is always a potential to get burnt out if there are negative factors in either professional and or personal life that can affect job efficiency. It is very important and mindful to understand how checking in with someone can help their mental state. Great to learn about the different approaches!

Another great webinar with Lauren Baptiste! Her programs are timely and relevant to our current work environment, and she provides recommendations that can be implemented immediately. I look forward to more programs from Lauren.

Burnout seems to be a constant for the past almost 3 years now. Great webinar including action items depending on where you and/or others in your organization are at any moment in time.

I really enjoyed this course as it's relevant to many people especially during this time of year as year end deadlines approach, as well as, during the timespan of covid so far.
