Steven was knowledgeable and thorough in his information about the product and what is offered. He was empathetic to my situation. He went above and beyond answering all of my many questions. Excellent service!
Great service and very patient as I asked several questions. Steven answered all my questions and helped me make the right decision in my subscription purchase. Thank you.
It is what it advertised to be. Professional quality training and CPE tracking and certificates; systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories. I've needed help on several occasions and the assistance was quick and effective; however, there were some problems with data entry. The assistance sometimes asks for input, but when I try to type it is dissallowed for some reason. On several occasions I had to close the popup to get it out of my way.
Great customer service. Classes are pertinent. Great value

real estate trends, and investment strategies. Educated investors put their
knowledge to work to preserve and grow capital. Our goal is to help all
investors stay educated by providing straightforward, unbiased 1031 exchange
information.
Understanding
1031 Exchange Information Helps Educated Investors Grow Portfolios!
1031s
Exchanges have been around for 100 years.Today it is well known for
permitting tax deferral on investment real estate sales so long as all the IRS criteria is met.
A
tax-deferred 1031 exchange can have a powerful
wealth-building potential, as it enables you to defer capital gains tax and
depreciation recapture by reinvesting the proceeds from the sale of investment
property into replacement property, thus preserving wealth in your estate. That’s why accountants,
CPA’s and tax professional soften deal with clients
that hold real estate investments that would cause significant tax liabilities
if they are sold without a 1031 exchange. Failure to meet requirements can
result in immediate tax liabilities and associated penalties.”
In
this CE course you will learn how Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) properties
qualify as like kind property and how they can help defer Capital Gains Taxes. Investors are able to 1031 exchange into
multiple DST properties in an effort to lower the potential risks of real
estate investing. Typical minimum investments are $100k and asset classes range
from multifamily apartments, triple net lease properties (NNN), medical office
properties, and all-cash/debt-free properties.
There
is also some BONUS CONTENT for you– The speakers for this
continuing education course will also discuss how Opportunity Zone Funds can
offer potentially defer Capital Gain Proceeds from any sale (not just real estate).
