The Biden Administration is proposing massive changes in the way capital gains are to be taxed in the new infrastructure bills that are making its way through Congress. These changes could have a profound impact on your clients, with many clients already calling to find out what is going on. The bill also has several other significant changes to the tax law, including expanding several very taxpayer friendly laws that were introduced during COVID legislation.
