Steven was knowledgeable and thorough in his information about the product and what is offered. He was empathetic to my situation. He went above and beyond answering all of my many questions. Excellent service!
Great service and very patient as I asked several questions. Steven answered all my questions and helped me make the right decision in my subscription purchase. Thank you.
It is what it advertised to be. Professional quality training and CPE tracking and certificates; systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories. I've needed help on several occasions and the assistance was quick and effective; however, there were some problems with data entry. The assistance sometimes asks for input, but when I try to type it is dissallowed for some reason. On several occasions I had to close the popup to get it out of my way.
Great customer service. Classes are pertinent. Great value

What is HR
Technology and Why do companies use technology in HR?
Human
Resource Management System is essentially a human resource software that
meticulously combines all the different HR processes and systems to ensure easy
management and smooth functioning of data, human resources, and different
business processes. The application of HRMS is aimed at enhancing the
performance of employees to help accomplish the business goals of the company.
With
growing employee strength and a competitive business market, HR has to focus on
other additional activities to ensure the well-being of employees when at work.
This has necessitated companies to put in place a robust, integrated, and
automated system that brings all the activities of human resources under one
roof and provides unified services to one and all.
This
Online CPE course is designed on the Needs Analysis of HR Technology.
This
online CPE webinar focuses on the steps necessary to evaluate and eventually
select the best HR technology solution for your organization. By understanding
your current “points of pain” – those being your inefficient and ineffective
paper-intensive – excel-based workarounds – and utilizing them in your
documented Needs Analysis – you will begin the process of culling a potential
HRMS solution from many hundreds to a small pool of candidates.
This online PDC/RCH Course covers the following Key Topics:
o
Company Requirements
o
“Points of Pain” priorities
o RFI (Request for Information) as the first step in fine-tuning your potential vendor pool.
