In all the CPE courses I have attended over many decades this is the very first instructor who really understands how to actually teach rather than just reading a bunch of words. Real, effective teaching includes 1) tell students what you are going to teach them, 2) teach them what you said you would do, 3) tell them what you just taught them. This also presupposes having identified appropriate info and putting it into bite-sized pieces that build on one another. I'm pleasantly surprised and will look for more courses from this instructor.
