Remember those grade reports you had in school? After every mid-term examination, you got a report indicating your progress on the subjects. Think about a project progress report in the same way. It outlines all the important information about the project, how it is progressing, and the obstacles that are currently there.

Project managers are contractually responsible for providing monthly progress reports (or sometimes weekly) but regardless of how often they should report, what should we expect to see in these reports Additionally, how enforces that the reports are received and reliable. Many times, these reports are written with “Rose-colored glasses”. 

This CPE/CPD Auditing webinar will help you find the red flags that glasses were worn. Attendees will be provided specific examples of reports they can create for internal users/managers.
