On a scale of 1 to 5 Shannon was definitely 1 10! Great presentation, great material, great knowledge, nicely dressed, good video background. Her presentation should be shown to a number of your other presenters so they could see how a great presentation should be performed.

It was a very good webinar which went fast and had lots of good info in it. But I wish it would have been updated for the end of 2022 as it was done in 2021 it appeared.
