Terrific tool for those starting out in their leadership joining or fine-tuning their knowledge for today's 21st century workforce. The pace is methodical, slow and precise. For myself, I would've have preferred a quicker pattern of speech when sharing the principles. This webinar takes into account all types of learners. The content is undeniably valuable as an Employee Relations Leader.
