Steven was knowledgeable and thorough in his information about the product and what is offered. He was empathetic to my situation. He went above and beyond answering all of my many questions. Excellent service!
Great service and very patient as I asked several questions. Steven answered all my questions and helped me make the right decision in my subscription purchase. Thank you.
It is what it advertised to be. Professional quality training and CPE tracking and certificates; systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories. I've needed help on several occasions and the assistance was quick and effective; however, there were some problems with data entry. The assistance sometimes asks for input, but when I try to type it is dissallowed for some reason. On several occasions I had to close the popup to get it out of my way.
Great customer service. Classes are pertinent. Great value

Diversity in the workplace is essential to creating a thriving business, especially when it comes to employee engagement. Workplace diversity encourages creativity and innovation because every team member, from leadership to frontline employees and mobile workers, brings their unique backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to the table.
Every company is required by law to be an equal-opportunity employer, but many companies continue to struggle to obtain true diversity in their organizations. Why?
This online CPE course defines what true diversity in the workforce looks like, its benefits, and the key strategies that must be in place to truly become a diverse organization.
There’s a lot of talk about diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Companies try to get rid of any form of discrimination in their hiring process. Some of them are actively looking to attract diverse candidates, e.g. by applying blind resume screening methods or by hosting female-only career days. But what happens when the final hiring decision is distorted by unconscious bias? Could you be biased without even realizing it?
In the hiring process, unconscious bias happens when you form an opinion about candidates based solely on first impressions. Or, when you prefer one candidate over another simply because the first one seems like someone you’d easily hang out with outside of work.
Key Topics Covered:
Join this CPE/CPD Business Management Webinar to discuss how subconscious bias plays a role in the hiring process and ways to overcome it.

Great webinar! Diversity was presented from a perspective I have not heard before, and I appreciated that. Acknowledging unconscious bias and the way we make hiring decisions, and addressing how we can overcome were beneficial.
