Steven was knowledgeable and thorough in his information about the product and what is offered. He was empathetic to my situation. He went above and beyond answering all of my many questions. Excellent service!
Great service and very patient as I asked several questions. Steven answered all my questions and helped me make the right decision in my subscription purchase. Thank you.
It is what it advertised to be. Professional quality training and CPE tracking and certificates; systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories. I've needed help on several occasions and the assistance was quick and effective; however, there were some problems with data entry. The assistance sometimes asks for input, but when I try to type it is dissallowed for some reason. On several occasions I had to close the popup to get it out of my way.
Great customer service. Classes are pertinent. Great value

Initially driven by the COVID-19 pandemic, more than two years after the start of the first lockdown, remote work arrangements remain prevalent in California. According to one nonpartisan think tank, 22 percent of Californians work remotely and 15 percent have a mix of working remotely and working outside the home. Given these statistics, an important consideration for California employers may be ensuring that their companies comply with state and local wage and hour laws that may apply to remote workers.
What are the key risks with home working in your jurisdiction that employers should be aware of?
Having employees work from home can create a whole new set of issues that you need to be aware of to protect your business. To help you navigate managing remote workers, it is important to establish a telecommuting policy that governs the parameters of a remote worker arrangement.
In this CPE webinar, Cynthia Flynn will be covering jurisdictional issues in California, timekeeping practices, remote business expenses, and termination challenges. She will also focus on best practices for managing remote workers as per California state policy.

I enjoyed this course and it was very relevant to my current work situation as I've transitioned to a full time remote worker since the pandemic started. Reviewing all of these legal obligations put things into perspective of what my company should expect of me and how to keep myself accountable.
