  • New significant changes to New York’s Community-based Medicaid (Home Care)
  • A new lookback period and other clinical changes.
  • Review important Medicaid planning techniques, particularly in light of estate and gift tax planning.
  • Review of the importance of irrevocable trusts and other techniques that should be considered in light of new Medicaid rules.

myCPE is great

Well spoken instructor. Informative information. Gave me things to consider and research in other states.

great learning

Overall this course is helpful, but the time allocation seems not very appropriate.

This was a good seminar however, it could have been a little longer so that the instructor could have gone indepth a little more. I have done Medicaid and asset protection as well as being a tax preparer and there is a lot more that could have been discussed. It did skim the surface enough but a more in depth seminar would be nice.
