Organizational design is as much an art as it is a science. The process of creating a system in which people can work together to achieve common goals is highly complex and there is no one way to do it right. 

Accounting businesses find it tough to attract the ‘right people’, organize them to best serve clients, AND provide a rewarding work environment.

This challenge is often termed ‘Organizational Design’ or ‘Business Structure’.

Employee morale is a critical factor in most organizations and firms, especially in a profession like accounting, where the work process is mostly deadline-driven. It might be easy to push through hard and challenging times, but it is always better to recognize the problems and take relevant action towards it
