Could have used more hands on examples. Went more in depth on a 101 learns level.

This was very informative. I understand there was a lot of material that the instructor was not able to go over. It was a lot to take in, considering the limited amount of time allowed.

Instead of explaining certain issues she would say ‘be mindful of this or that’. I felt the issues were at best ambiguous.

While the instructor seemed knowledgeable, for the visuals that she provided, she went over very basic information. A lot of businesses use payroll providers, so they wouldn't need so much basic information. More detailed knowledge of the specific updates on the forms and what the Acts actually provided would have been much appreciated. I don't know why there was a fee for this course.
