Steven was knowledgeable and thorough in his information about the product and what is offered. He was empathetic to my situation. He went above and beyond answering all of my many questions. Excellent service!
Great service and very patient as I asked several questions. Steven answered all my questions and helped me make the right decision in my subscription purchase. Thank you.
It is what it advertised to be. Professional quality training and CPE tracking and certificates; systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories. I've needed help on several occasions and the assistance was quick and effective; however, there were some problems with data entry. The assistance sometimes asks for input, but when I try to type it is dissallowed for some reason. On several occasions I had to close the popup to get it out of my way.
Great customer service. Classes are pertinent. Great value

This comprehensive course is designed to provide all employees (including part-time, contractors and others) how to understand and prevent inappropriate behavior in the organization.
The laws have recently changed, requiring much more responsibility of people in positions of power. Most important for management to note is that here in California – and soon to be elsewhere – YOU MUST TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES IF YOU HAVE FIVE OR MORE IN YOUR EMPLOYEE. This training must be conducted prior to January 1, 2020.
It’s also important to be aware that the #MeToo Movement has had a powerful effect on empowering people who have been victimized to come forward and complain. While this is an incredibly good thing – there is also the problem of false or exaggerated complaints by people looking to get others in trouble and/or gain monetary compensation. So, now more than ever it is important that all the employees are trained regarding appropriate workplace behavior.
Key points:
In this seminar, we discuss the most recent federal government regulations, as well as providing a brief history of the development of these workplace protections. Added is protection for people who have made non-traditional gender choices. They too deserve to be protected in the workplace (and elsewhere.) This is a valuable course that will help everyone in the workplace learn to be more understanding and courteous to others.

The audio was in and out. Sometimes it was very loud and sometimes too quiet. Maybe subtitles will help?

Content was really good. Audio, however, was problematic.

The Audio was really Bad. The Downloadable Handout was not up-to-date with the current Presentation so I could not follow along. There were so many slides and the presentation didn't seem to flow logically, felt like it hopped around from subject to subject. A few of the questions were difficult to answer because the topics were not clearly discussed in the presentation.
