Unfortunately, this strategy can unintentionally exclude other generations' benefits and contributions and often do not address millennials in leadership roles. This presentation also explores the differences between the five generations in the workplace and offers practical strategies necessary to engage each generation while incorporating generations' values, perspectives, and contributions.
