We currently have five generations in the workforce. Many organizations focus on making culture shifts to accommodate millennials, the largest generation in the workforce. Unfortunately, this strategy can unintentionally exclude other generations' benefits and contributions and often do not address millennials in leadership roles. This presentation highlights leadership styles and how each generational bracket impacts them.
