Course Description

Course Description

Professionals sometimes struggle with achieving professional and organizational goals. Often, we are so busy juggling conflicting priorities and tasks that well-intentioned objectives stay indefinitely on our open item lists, or only half-heartedly get accomplished. Successful organizations find the discipline to ensure that they make the important things happen.

Discipline is the ability to organize our behavior over time in the service of a specific task. It requires the ability to defer gratification in the service of a remote goal. This is the ability to think, plan and live long-range.

Those in the supervisory or managerial role must create a culture of discipline, where a high priority is placed on accomplishing responsibilities effectively and efficiently.

In this CPE course, speaker Jennifer Louis will teach you the discipline to successfully achieve firm strategies, client service goals, and engagement-specific objectives
