The US government has passed a fresh fiscal stimulus package to support the economy battered by the COVID- 19 impacts. The much-awaited package has a lot in store to help support the economic conditions of individuals financially impacted by the pandemic, small businesses and also improve the healthcare system of the country. The package will send a second stimulus check of up to $600 to qualifying adults and their dependent children. It will also renew a handful of government benefits set to expire at the end of the year, including federal unemployment financial support and rental assistance. This CPE webinar discusses what and how much is in store for each one under this stimulus package:
Key points:
This webinar discusses how the latest stimulus package would send the much-needed new federal assistance to households, small businesses and health-care providers. Tax Expert Jason Dinesen has been very vocal on COVID-19 and has garnered great reviews for providing his insights to attendees. He has educated more than 10000 professionals so far on COVID-19 related topics. This new webinar is going to be an insightful experience for all the attendees

(I apologize if this sounds negative - the experience was great) Frankly, I was not expecting much for the low price, but something is better than nothing, so what the heck? I was pleasantly surprised - I learned so much - I have been filling in my staff for the last hour on all the tidbits I learned. I am so grateful that the powers-that-be put out a class with not-all-the-answers. It is good to know others have the same concerns I do about the new tax law. I appreciate his "I don't knows", as it meant to me, that he is just trying to get any information out that he could - and any information is better than none. The instructor was informative, knowledgeable, and helpful. I love, love, love the speed he went thru the slides and the questions he addressed as we were going thru the slides. Thank you so much for offering this class.

I like having a 1 1/2 - 2 hour class during the day rather than sit through an 8 hour lecture. Also, I love the fact that I can take it right at the office and not take up all of the time for driving to seminars. A very good experience!!

I have attended several webinars given by Jason Dinesen, and in my opinion, he is one of the best instructors at myCPE. He always explains everything in clear, concise and simple terms, and breaks down complex issues into easy-to-understand parts. This particular webinar sifted through a 5,593-page bill to extract the most important parts for us to understand. Well done!

The content was a good summary, but one cannot cover such a vast subject matter in depth in o90 minutes. The instructor spoke clearly and addressed all of the questions. I thoroughly enjoyed the webinar.

There is a lot of material to cover concerning the stimulus era, and this was a great summary with comparison from the Cares Act vs. Legislation.
