It is what it advertised to be. Professional quality training and CPE tracking and certificates; systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories. I've needed help on several occasions and the assistance was quick and effective; however, there were some problems with data entry. The assistance sometimes asks for input, but when I try to type it is dissallowed for some reason. On several occasions I had to close the popup to get it out of my way.

Form 1065 is an information return used to report the income, gains, losses, deductions, credits, and other information from the operation of a partnership. A partnership doesn't pay tax on its income but passes through any profits or losses to its partners. Partners must include partnership items on their tax or information returns.

This presenter is engaging, and knowledgeable and provided many examples of common mistakes he has encountered while preparing 1065. I experienced no difficulties while using the platform with a mobile app.

This was a good course; Nicholas shared several good tips and reminders of easy-to-make mistakes/errors on the form 1065. Even if you've done 1065s for years, this was a great refresher course.
