Steven was knowledgeable and thorough in his information about the product and what is offered. He was empathetic to my situation. He went above and beyond answering all of my many questions. Excellent service!
Great service and very patient as I asked several questions. Steven answered all my questions and helped me make the right decision in my subscription purchase. Thank you.
It is what it advertised to be. Professional quality training and CPE tracking and certificates; systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories. I've needed help on several occasions and the assistance was quick and effective; however, there were some problems with data entry. The assistance sometimes asks for input, but when I try to type it is dissallowed for some reason. On several occasions I had to close the popup to get it out of my way.
Great customer service. Classes are pertinent. Great value

A few decades
ago, virtually everyone who was employed was, well, an employee. If you had a
job somewhere, it was generally either a full-time or part-time position that
involved a permanent spot on your employer’s payroll. Taxes would be deducted
from your checks ahead of time, and the rules and regulations that governed
employees would apply to you.
For employees
and employers alike, this was a fairly straightforward scenario. As an
employee, you knew what to expect from your employer in terms of hours, wages,
and tax withholding. As an employer, your accountant or accounting department
would handle most employees the same way, and there was a little question when
it came to an employee’s status or how to handle their pay for tax purposes.
Nowadays, though, things have changed. As
of 2018, we no longer live in an economy populated by traditional, full-time
positions. Instead, the United States is quickly shifting from such an economic
state to what we would call a “gig economy.”
The Gig Economy
has many names. It's also commonly referred to as the Sharing Economy or Access
Economy, to name a few. Essentially, it's a labor market based on flexible,
temporary, or freelance jobs where individuals earn income by providing
on-demand work, services, or by selling goods.
If your clients
use an online platform to provide services, such as renting out a spare
bedroom, providing car rides, or connecting with customers to provide other
goods and services, then they're involved in the Gig Economy. Gig Economy
income is taxable, and it can be paid in various forms.
This CE/CPE webinar on Gig Economy will
offer tips and resources on a variety of topics ranging from filing requirements
and making quarterly estimated tax payments to self-employment taxes and
special rules for reporting vacation home rentals.

I’m sorry that I wasn’t able to view the webinar in it’s entirety. Although I do not qualify for credit, I really liked the presenter’s approach of giving actual work experience examples. Because I am not currently working, and I am an E.A. without actual work experience other than as a volunteer, I am really liking webinars that give specific examples. So, thank you!

This was an effective class - particularly with regard to the nuances of roles and mechanics to complete Form 1099-K and use the information to prepare tax returns.
