Technical problems persisted through entire presentation. No sound on computer, but popped up on my cell phone! Did see and submit 3 of polls and stayed logged in for entire slide show...

The Instructor was very good and thorough. The sound wasn't working for the first 20 minutes I would have liked to hear the whole webinar. I will try to catch it at a later time.
