Easily the worst audio presentation I have been subjected to. Frequent, inexplicable stops for several seconds at a time, strange emphasis on words, and a droning monotone made this a terrible experience. The course content was 80% review of compilation standards in general and had nothing to do with how to prepare the forecast itself.
