The presenter is highly knowledgeable of the material and facilitated a very enjoyable course. Unfortunately I had one issue today where the poll question was grabbed before an announcement of the remaining 10 seconds resulting in me losing 2 credits. The course was Income Tax Planning for Financial Planners.

The presenter seemed to understand the information completely but I found it difficult to follow some of the material. She seemed distracted with her dog. I was distracted with her dog.

I could have read the IRS instructions and learned as much on my own. The most stimulating facet of the webinar was the dog whining for treats.
