Steven was knowledgeable and thorough in his information about the product and what is offered. He was empathetic to my situation. He went above and beyond answering all of my many questions. Excellent service!
Great service and very patient as I asked several questions. Steven answered all my questions and helped me make the right decision in my subscription purchase. Thank you.
It is what it advertised to be. Professional quality training and CPE tracking and certificates; systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories. I've needed help on several occasions and the assistance was quick and effective; however, there were some problems with data entry. The assistance sometimes asks for input, but when I try to type it is dissallowed for some reason. On several occasions I had to close the popup to get it out of my way.
Great customer service. Classes are pertinent. Great value

We live and work in a world that is full of unique and diverse individuals. From the obvious differences - like gender and language - to the more subtle differences - like upbringing and culture - we are surrounded by inputs that create unconscious responses deep in our psyche. How we react to those responses determines how well we leverage the diversity around us.
During this CPE/CPD webinar, we will uncover what unconscious bias is, the science behind it, and how to respond to those biases in a way that benefits our organizations and our communities.
Whilst we would like to think we are fair, broad-minded, and unbiased, everyone is influenced by thoughts and feelings that reside in our unconscious and which impact our performance and decision-making at work.
The best leaders and organizations aren’t just diverse—they are intentionally free of bias. Now more than ever, there is external and internal pressure for business leaders to create workplace cultures that are sensitive, responsive, and welcoming.
The business community is changing as national events generate awareness about how racial and cultural bias quietly impact our workplace. Adept business leaders develop and execute diversity and inclusion strategies that drive higher value out of their companies and employee engagement.
Microaggressions are a further type of biased behavior that can contribute to someone feeling they do not belong or are not accepted in the workplace. These are brief and common verbal, behavioral and environmental indignities – whether intentional or unintentional (sometimes even well-meaning) – which communicate hostile, derogatory, or negative slights and insults to the receiver of the comments.
Join this CPD course to understand how to overcome Unconscious Biases and Micro-Aggression.

The course started off well and she seemed to have proficiency with the subject matter. However, some of the course content at the end was blatently racist. Especially the discussion, which was not supported by any evidence of this so-called systemic racism and white priviledge. If you replaced those terms and concepts with any race other than "white" people would freak out, but its okay apparently to imply that so called white people are inherently racist and inherently priviledged. That hitlarian assertion is absurd and has no support of any type in this presentation. I found it racist and offensive. And I say this as a person of mixed ancestory. I did not take this class to be schooled in racist anti-white concepts, theories and demagoguery. It was absolutely absurd. If you are going to make that sort of very offensively racist assertion, then it needs to have some support, there was none presented, and this "theory" was presented as axiomatic truth and not as a theory. It was shameful, to be honest. Other than that tripe the course was pretty good.
