Interviewing is both an Art and Science. The science includes the work you have to do before beginning the interviewing and the art is how you conduct the interview. Whether you are the interviewer or the person being interviewed, there are many commonalities to what you do and say. In this course, we are going to discuss the more common situations found in the workplace and offer suggestions for handling each of these situations.
The process of interacting with other people is a skill that is very essential to the role of an interviewer as well as an interviewee. Wherever possible this CPE webinar will include advice related to some of the techniques used by those who are most skillful.
FOR MANAGERS/ INTERVIEWERS

Woven throughout the course are general suggestions for doing your best in any of these situations and we urge our audience to pay attention to the entire course, not merely those aspects that seem to fit their requirement currently.
