Course Description

A forward-looking audit function should provide insight, oversight, and foresight around an organization’s current and future risks and controls, especially in today’s fast-paced, “innovate or die” business environment. Data and technology-enabled business transformations are occurring at a pace we have not previously seen. As the practices and the management of audit as a task and practice are changing, there is a greater need for the audit professionals to be prepared for managing their role. The senior auditors must respond to stay relevant, not just in its risk-assurance role, but in the way, it organizes itself, manages resources, delivers its services, and makes use of data and technology. 

It is one of the responsibilities of the senior auditor to ensure that every project meets the audit quality and audit management expectations. Danny M.
