Course Description

Major corporations have long realized the benefit of leveraging part-time employees to manage peaks and valleys in their workloads. Large companies can hire teams of consultants or temporary workers. The benefit is that they get the work done when they need it without the large salary and health care expense.

Unfortunately, small companies lacked the knowledge and resources – until now. Small and medium businesses can hire for exactly the skill set needed for only the times they need it.

Today, small businesses can hire Human Resources, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Marketing Officers whenever, however, and wherever they need it. Understanding the strategic intent and placing the right people in the right positions creates a sustainable and competitive organization.

A fractional hire can fill a role on a part-time basis, become an executive part of the management team or accomplish a set of tasks that either cannot be handled in-house or do not require a full-time employee. Oftentimes, fractional hiring is utilized as a cost-effective way to fulfill roles within a single department, such as Accounting, HR, or IT that require multiple and differing skill sets to properly complete specific functions.

The speaker Drew Stevens has developed this online CPE webinar so that you can operate similar to these large businesses with incredible resources.
