Steven was knowledgeable and thorough in his information about the product and what is offered. He was empathetic to my situation. He went above and beyond answering all of my many questions. Excellent service!
Great service and very patient as I asked several questions. Steven answered all my questions and helped me make the right decision in my subscription purchase. Thank you.
It is what it advertised to be. Professional quality training and CPE tracking and certificates; systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories. I've needed help on several occasions and the assistance was quick and effective; however, there were some problems with data entry. The assistance sometimes asks for input, but when I try to type it is dissallowed for some reason. On several occasions I had to close the popup to get it out of my way.
Great customer service. Classes are pertinent. Great value

Personality has been studied for hundreds of years and several models are commonly used to help us ‘predict’ the likelihood of certain behaviors occurring. Research has shown that analysis of a person’s personality can’t predict ‘one-off’ actions but can give an indication as to the likelihood of behaviors we will show over time.
Our personalities interact with our environment so, at any moment in time, we are a product of our personalities and our perceptions. Different personality factors will recognize good relationships such as meaningful interactions, and sensitivity to the needs and preferences of each party involved.
In this online CPE course, speaker Jennifer Louis will compare different personalities such as Alpha Dog, Social Motivator, Giver, and Analyzer, and how to adapt these personalities to improve relations and interactions.

Functioning as an effective team with varied personality styles is frequently challenging. This discussion helps one to recognize and appreciate the differences in people in order to function as a successful team which is critical to the success of the organization. As someone who is analytic, it is important for me to understand and accept co-workers with different personality styles and value what they have to offer. Much can be learned from them.
