Steven was knowledgeable and thorough in his information about the product and what is offered. He was empathetic to my situation. He went above and beyond answering all of my many questions. Excellent service!
Great service and very patient as I asked several questions. Steven answered all my questions and helped me make the right decision in my subscription purchase. Thank you.
It is what it advertised to be. Professional quality training and CPE tracking and certificates; systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories. I've needed help on several occasions and the assistance was quick and effective; however, there were some problems with data entry. The assistance sometimes asks for input, but when I try to type it is dissallowed for some reason. On several occasions I had to close the popup to get it out of my way.
Great customer service. Classes are pertinent. Great value

For a very long period of time, the CPA firms were not able to scale up their services other than basic accounting for their business clients. Just because the focus of the bookkeeping and other write-up services was extensively on data entry and document transfer. These consumed numerous man-hours without special value addition and did not require specialized knowledge. Sadly this was seen as depressed commodities and sold as hourly rates with high risk cost consequences when faced with errors. Thus, for CPAs it makes more sense to grant the attention to services that require specialized knowledge, providing higher margin.
However, this is not possible without providing due attention to the task with flexibility needed. The digitization of financial data and the evolution of cloud computing, broadband connectivity, and mobile devices have made it possible for accounting firms and their clients to access critical information and applications from virtually anywhere at any time. This has set the stage for the development of cloud-based software packages that allow CPAs and clients to work from a shared database of the client’s essential financial data.
This webinar focuses on how you can simplify busy end-of-year Client Write-Ups with a cloud-based solution, reducing the mess of your clients’ books when closing, while creating opportunities to build advisory work before tax season. This webinar makes you believe that you can deliver an exemplary experience to your clients in the digital age where fewer client touches are the new norm.
This webinar introduces you to the right tools that will simplify your end-of-year client write-up from a begrudging necessity to a powerful instrument leveraging the opportunity to build higher value advisory work into client relationships.
