Prior to OZ Pros, Mr. Tison practiced law, handling real estate acquisition and development across numerous asset classes, and representing fund managers operating in the private equity space. He has also conducted numerous M&A and roll-up transactions both as a lawyer and as an intermediary/consultant. Mr. Tison previously served as in-house counsel to a commercial real estate developer and tenant-in-common syndication manager, where he oversaw the successful raise and deployment of numerous opportunity funds. Mr. Tison graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law.
