Great information and presentation. Appreciated the information on anticipated fall out of this new requirement (increase in costs of audits, possible loss of small/medium sized CPA firms handling nonprofits, and smaller nonprofits may not be able to afford same accounting services they currently have).

WDGI

Lucas, You did an excellent job! The NFP world is getting more and more challenging. And as you know, unless the NFP has some economies of scale, this is going to be a huge challenge for them and rather costly. Disappointing to see another layer of administrative burden being put on our NFP's

VL

I appreciated the examples of the financial statements along with other notes and the fact that you can have access to the notes and webinar again on your account at your convenience, Great Presentation by Lucas Lachance on FASB NFP Exposure Draft with proposed changes. Very Educational and Helpful Webinar

DCI

This was one of the most comprehensive and informative webinars on nonprofit accounting that I've attended. It was a deep dive but didn't feel overwhelming! The presenter was very knowledgable and had wonderful practical details to share. I hope future courses are longer!

For some reason this class did not record my polling questions. Not sure if there are issues with the presentation or Zoom application but hopefully this can be better fix in future webinars

Lucas LaChance had a great way of presenting his information. His use of outlines on the slides and his conversational approach to discussing the material was much better than reading information word for word off the slides as some speakers have done in other courses.

MP

"I would highly recommend this course to those with comprehensive knowledge of nonprofits as well as those just getting involved with one. I have been on both the nonprofit end and the tax prep end but still got a lot out of it.

OA

This is an excellent brief overview with advanced information on starting and running not for profit. I would recommend it to anyone looking to start one, I thoroughly enjoyed the course. It should have been 1.5 hrs instead of 1 hr so that we could have gone through at least one of the case studies.

TS

I thought the case studies provided by the instructor were very good, they added a lot to the presentation.

CK

This was one of the best webinar courses I've ever taken. The instructor was clearly very, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic - I'd say even passionate about the subject - made the course that much more enjoyable. Definitely useful information to apply to multiple non profits I work with. Thank you!

KW

It was a fine CPE experience. It was nice to find CPE specific to NFP.

JL

It was overall a good webinar and I gained new and valuable knowledge on the topic even though I already had some familiarity with the topic. What took away from my experience was that none of my questions that I submitted into the Q&A feature on zoom were answered. I think the time could also have been extended to provide more detail on the topic or answer more questions

BS

I've heard it all before but the repetition is valuable. Not bad for a free class.

TP

Outside of not catching all of my answers to the polling questions...which I did send in all of them....it was fine.
