A native of the UK, Paul brings to the table decades of experience working as a Chartered Accountant in the United Kingdom. He helped build and grow Lathams Chartered Accountants to become a nationally recognized practice, that was sold for in excess of $45 million. Paul moved to the United States in 2011 to pursue a number of business interests, including founding Haydenrock Solutions. The business was launched by Paul in order to help CPAs (typically working together with Financial Advisors) make the transition to become “proactive, forward-looking, “21st Century Advisors”, focused on providing value-added solutions for their best clients. Haydenrock Solutions provides coaching, technology and systems together with access to expertise via their unique “Virtual Family Office Experience”, which allows even the smallest CPA to leverage their resources and compete and win against their competition.
