Randy earned his Master of Accountancy from Northern Kentucky University and is a CPA in the Commonwealth of Kentucky (#12877). Randy has C‐Suite experience with a regional tax preparation firm and cut his teeth in the public accounting with a Top Ten Public Accounting firm. Randy is a career entrepreneur and real estate investor. His heart is with business owners and he has a mission to help small businesses and families succeed. Success is defined by the individual, not by social pressure. We take the time to cater to the individual’s definition. OWIC CPA was founded to offer the same tax knowledge base and strategies to small businesses and families that have been provided to large corporations.

Dedicated to the tax code, Randy was recognized by the KY Society of Certified Public Accountants with the Award of Excellence for scoring the highest grade in KY on the regulation section of the CPA exam.

Randy co‐hosts a soon to be revamped podcast “Step Forward and Raise Your Gloves”. A show dedicated to shedding light on the challenges faced by business owners.
