I like that he explained the basics of transfer pricing and then went into more detail about potential audits and best practices for an entity to have. I also like that he mentioned GILTI tax.

This was a very interesting topic for me. I was generally ignorant of transfer pricing before watching this. However, the instructor has compiled a well documented presentation on the topic.
