Unlike the dedicated offshore staffing model, this setup involves aManager (Subject Matter Experience Professional (SME)) with 6 years+ of experience as yourprimary point of contact. A team works under the Manager, and typically one consistent staffmember will handle your work. (Though rotation may occur occasionally)

The Manager reviews all work before it is delivered, ensuring quality andconsistency.

All engagements are billed weekly.

To Track productivity and time with daily/weekly timesheets shall be shared.

Pricing is all-inclusive, with no additional charges for onboarding, infrastructure, or administrative support.

Except On-Demand hourly mode,  A minimum number of hours must be committed weekly and will be billed regardless of usage. Unused hours shalln't be carried forward.

If more hours are consumed, those will be billed at the same rate. However, while we will make efforts to complete any additional work beyond the committed hours, it is not contractually guaranteed.

Staff in this model are generally from Levels 3 and 4. They are recommended for basic to intermediate-level work and typically have 1–3 years of relevant U.S. experience along with 3–5 years of domestic experience. Senior-level roles (Level 5 and above) are not available under this model.

This model allows you to hire without a formal interview process. We assign SME-who will lead a small team, review their work, and provide you deliverables.  Starting work for this model typically takes just 1 to 2 weeks, enabling quicker ramp-up compared to traditional models.

There are no charges for holidays or voluntary time off. You are billed strictly for the number of hours worked, and timesheets will be sent to you either weekly or daily as per your preference.

You can increase, reduce, or terminate hours with a notice period of twoweeks.

We offer a one-time free trial of up to 10 hours, should you wish to test themodel before committing to a longer engagement.

You’ll be assigned a Client & Team Success Advisor (CTA) tomanage onboarding and ongoing engagement.

Fees will be subject to a fixed annual increment of 6% per annum.

The team size for determining applicable slabs includes all employees, regardless of whether they are working from home, in a hybrid model, or from the office.If an employee transitions to a full work-from-home setup during the month, the revised (reduced) management fee will be applicable starting the following month. For the month in which the change occurs, the standard office-based management fee remains applicable.

There is no deposit required and no long-term commitment under this agreement.However, in the event that the Client wishes to terminate the agreement in full, a 2-months written notice is required. During this notice period, a pro-rated managementfee equivalent to 2 months of the applicable charges shall be payable.This 2-months notice period shall also apply on a per-employee basis. Typically,employees are hired under terms that include a 2-months notice period. In cases wherean employee’s notice period differs, whether shorter or longer, based on the mutuallyagreed employment terms between the Client and the employee, the Client shall beliable for the equivalent fees corresponding to such notice period.

In the event the Client requires additional infrastructure, IT resources, or customizedworkspace, such as dedicated manager cabins, multi-monitor setups, or any otherspecialized facility, such requirements shall be fulfilled subject to feasibility and shallincur additional charges on an actual cost basis. The Service Provider shall providesupporting invoices for the incurred expenses, and the same shall be charged to theClient without markup.

The Client shall be charged a fixed monthly fee per staff member, regardless of thestaff member’s leave status, subject to the terms of the applicable leave policy. Thefixed fee remains payable as long as the staff member is actively employed and has notresigned and been released. In the event a staff member resigns & released or is terminated during a calendar month, the monthly fee shall be charged on a pro-ratabasis up to the staff member’s final working day.

We maintain offices across the following cities and varius countries categorized intoMetro, Tier 1, Tier 2, and Below locations. This categorization is used for determiningapplicable fees and charges. Should we expand our operations into any additionalcities in the future, the details of such expansion, along with the correspondingcategorization of those locations, will be publicly announced and published on ourofficial communication channels and webpages. These classifications will beapplicable for the purpose of determining associated fees from the date of suchpublication.

Fee revision will be performance-based, typically ranging from 10% to 25% annually,depending on the outcome of the individual staff member’s appraisal process.
